Error code with 123reg Office

Hi we tried to install microsoft office through 123 reg on a new office computer which worked fine. But now all the other computers in the office are able to login into any of the apps. And we keep getting the following message. Not too sure how to sort this problem. Have contacted 123reg but still waiting for an answer. Can anyone help ?
