I cannot open the online powerpoint

Question

I tried to open the online PowerPoint (not microsoft 365, I didn't install the office application and would like to use free online office app), but there always shows a box of message claimed that there was some mistake so that the application cannot open the file, even when I purpose to open a new file. Although the Word and Excel work smoothly.

Since we are more focused on general issue about Office desktop client, and the issues related to Office online are not supported on Q&A currently.
