A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
Hi Wei, Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I am a Microsoft user just like you, and I hope you are well.
Please note: This is a user-to-user community forum. We are users just like you who help others. We are not employees of Microsoft.
If you are having trouble finding your documents in Microsoft Forms, there are a few things you can try:
- Check the "Deleted forms" tab: If you accidentally deleted a form, it may still be recoverable from the "Deleted forms" tab. To access this tab, go to Microsoft Forms, sign in with your Microsoft 365 work or school account or Microsoft personal account, scroll down to the bottom of your page, and select "All My Forms." From there, you can select the "Deleted forms" tab to see if your form is there. If it is, you can restore it by selecting "More options" in the lower right corner of the form tile, and then clicking "Restore".
- Check version history: If you made changes to a form and need to recover an earlier version, you can try using version history. Version history works with all file types, including Microsoft 365 files, PDFs, CAD files, photos, videos, and more. To access version history, go to OneDrive or SharePoint, select the ellipses (...) next to the version of the document that you want to restore, and then click "Restore".
- If you're using Microsoft Forms through a web browser, try accessing it through a different browser or device. Sometimes, issues can be browser-specific.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser. Outdated browser versions can sometimes cause compatibility issues with web applications like Microsoft Forms.
I am NOT a Microsoft Agent/Employee.
I hope this is helpful! Best Regards, Utkarsh
