Hi,

I have a Share point Plan 1 subscription which i am invoiced for monthly through my gmail address. When i try to View my invoice and log into share point through the email it say use work or school account instead. I can log into my Microsoft 365 with my gmail address but Sharepoint is not available under the apps and i dont see any invoice.

Currently paying for something i cant access. Tried the customer service team but was sent around in circles (waste of time). Any help would be appreciated.

Ross.

    Hi Raymond,

Apologies, I managed to log in using Edge rather than Chrome. When i log in to view my invoice using the link provided, the billing is empty and also my products it says "We didn't find anything to show here". Last invoice received 5 Aug 2023. Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Ross.

    Hi Raymond,

Thank you for your response. I tried to log in using my domain provided with my Microsoft subscription purchase confirmation email, but got the following error: "onmicrosoft.com isn't in our system. Make sure that you typed it correctly". Just a comment, the domain didn't have an @ contained in it on the email. It had a dot (**.**onmicrosoft.com) i just added the @

I then tried the "Cant access account?" option and got the following: "The email address or username you entered does not exist. Please check that you have typed your email address or username correctly"

Tried Incognito mode also and still no luck.

    Regards,

    Ross.

    Hello Ross M,

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

I'm a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you're successful?

This is not a personal subscription so you will not find it in your Services and subscriptions page. You can view this subscription using your admin credentials that looks link xxxx@ onmicrosoft.com which can be found on the purchase confirmation email for Sharepoint Plan 1.

Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=842054) > the billing products and services (or subscriptions) page.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
