Chinese Conversion does not work

Hi, my pc was purchased from the US, but since it has been brought back to China and Hong Kong, the Chinese conversion, either from Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese or vice versa, does not work. It shows that "word is unable to proceed. More than one file necessary to do TC/SC translation missing." The trick is that I did not delete any file in this regard, and why one file is missing? To put it simply, what should I do to solve such a problem? Thank you.

Did you have any trouble when you first moved back to China? See: Office product key error "This product key isn't meant for your region" - Microsoft Support Just wondering whether you had any problems.

    1. Close all Office applications.
    2. Open the Control Panel and select Programs and Features.
    3. Find Microsoft Office in the list of installed programs and select it.
    4. Click on the Change button at the top of the list.
    5. Select the option to Repair Office.
    6. Follow the prompts to complete the repair process.

If repairing Office does not resolve the issue, you may need to reinstall Office. Before doing so, I recommend that you backup your important files and settings.
