    Hello Dan,

I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

If you're experiencing Exchange password errors on your iPhone, you can try a few steps yourself before contacting support:

    1. Restart Your iPhone: Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve intermittent issues.
    2. Re-enter Your Password:
      • Go to "Settings" > "Mail" > "Accounts."
      • Tap on your Exchange account.
      • Tap on "Account" (where your email address is displayed).
      • Re-enter your password and ensure that all other settings are correct.
    3. Delete and Re-add Your Exchange Account:
      • Go to "Settings" > "Mail" > "Accounts."
      • Select your Exchange account and tap "Delete Account."
      • Add your account again by going back to "Settings" > "Mail" > "Accounts" > "Add Account."
    4. Check for iOS Updates:
      • Sometimes an iOS update can resolve compatibility issues.
      • Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Software Update" and install any available updates.
    5. Ensure Exchange Services Are Running:
      • Verify that the Exchange server is running correctly by accessing your email through the Outlook Web Access (OWA) portal via a web browser.

If after trying these steps you still face issues, you can contact Apple Support ((https://support.apple.com) for more assistance, as the problem might be with the Mail app or iOS, however if you would like to contact MIcrosoft support directly, kindly follow this link https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. Please remember that I am a User just like you and do not have access to Microsoft's database.

I would also say that for issues that are specifically related to the Exchange server and not the iPhone itself, you may need to contact your IT department or the administrator of the Exchange server, as they may need to reset your password from their end or ensure that your account is properly configured to sync with mobile devices.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards, Ibhadighi
