Fixing translator

how to this fix the error on the translator? We can't start this add-in because isn't set up properly.

    1. You may try to manually fix Office client, by performing an online repair.
    2. You can perform a clean boot in Windows to determine whether a background program is interfering with Office program.

    1. A screenshot of your Office Product Information(Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features to capture a screenshot of the Office information row)
    2. If you go to Word Online, will the same problem happen?
