    Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging in to SharePoint on a mobile device. Based on the error message you provided, it seems like there might be an issue with your account or the permissions assigned to it.

Currently, we have a temporary note about the error code 1001 Error “Something Went Wrong [1001]” signing in to Microsoft 365 Desktop Applications - Microsoft Support, but the error on your side is 2002, hence I will still share some more suggestions for you as below:

    1. Double-check that you are using the correct email address and password to log in. Make sure that there are no typos or spelling errors. Better to first try sign in account successfully on PC so we can narrow down the issue to only mobile devices instead of the account background cache.
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
    3. If you are still unable to log in, contact your SharePoint site administrator to check if your account has the necessary permissions to access the file
    4. If the issue persists, your SharePoint site administrator may need to reset your password or provide you with additional permissions.

    Best Regards,

    Mia
