According to your description, to troubleshoot the situation, I would like to collect more information.
- Does any error message appear? If so, you can take a full screenshot, and then click "Insert Image" to upload it.
- Does the situation happen to a specific workbook or also in other workbooks? You can create new workbooks to test (create two workbooks in OneDrive, then in one workbook, use Power Query to get data from another).
If the situation only happens in a specific workbook, please try to open the workbook in Excel for Web, then try to refresh the connection again. Go to www.office.com, sign into your account, then click the Excel icon in the left sidebar.
