    Hi Cheryl,

Sorry for the inconvenience. How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft or MSbill.info

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

You can review your billing history via these links to see details of the charge

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?forcedSignIn=1&refd=account.microsoft.com">https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?forcedSignIn=1&refd=account.microsoft.com

If, after working through that article, you still need to or want to contact a Support Agent...

    1. Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat
    2. Describe your issue (unknown charge) and click 'Get Help'. Then scroll down to select Contact support.
    3. Select your product (Microsoft 365 and Office) and category (manage my subscription) > click Confirm.
    4. Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm.
    5. Click Start Chat.
