Was there any change made in the Exchange environment right prior to the occurance of the issue?
Have you already tried re-subscribing the Edge Transport server as indicated in the FailureDetail in the output of Test-EdgeSynchronization?
If the issue persists after resubscribing the edge subscription, please run the command below and see if there's any clues for further troubleshoot:
Test-ServiceHealth
