problem with form buttons for users

Hi Folks could use some help my sheet looks like this

there are two buttons at the top to move forward and back, i send this sheet out to other people and i have had 2 people with a similar error both in google sheets and in excel at their end it looks like this

the buttons dont work and are not visible, works perfectly for most people, what's causing this so i can help them to get it working, can anyone advise a solution please tx

The error message explains the problem exactly: buttons and VBA code do not work in Excel for the web (i.e. in the browser). Nor in Excel for Android and iOS/iPadOS for that matter.

They only work in the desktop version of Excel for Windows and Mac.

    Microsoft is gradually introducing scripting for Excel. It works in the online version, but it is currently only available in the business versions of Microsoft 365.

    is there another solution for moving the dashboard forward and back that does not involve form buttons ?
