    Dear Thomas Castillo1

Based on our investigation, ID and Type are default existing columns in SharePoint list. These 2 columns are auto filled and contents inside is not customizable. Your first 2 columns names are conflict with the existing ones. Please change the column names, for example, IDs, Types, and check if it works.

If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to correct me.

    Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Sophia

Just to make above a little clearer - rename the column header "ID" and "type", once renamed - ie "Identifier" "Close" this will fix it.
