Hello,
Every time I try to log into my school learning platform I have to use Microsoft Authenticator. However, it automatically uses an email that isn't correct. I have tried everything-- clearing browsing data, removing the incorrect email and it will not let me change the email to the correct one so now I cannot log into my school to do my course.

You may contact your technical support team. At universities or colleges for further assistance. If you don't know who to contact at your school for help, try asking the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password.
Unfortunately, I already have and the problem still occurs.
You may try to check this issue via using different browsers (such as latest Chrome/Edge/Firefox) using Incognito/InPrivate browsing window to see whether the problem still occurs.
