Next Button Disappears on setup.office.com After Entering Product Key for Office 2021

I purchased a voucher for Office 2021 through SweetDeals (incentrev.com). Received product key from offerredemption.com.

I navigate to setup.office.com/home and log into to my Microsoft account using my Yahoo email address.

I enter the product key provided by offerredemption.com. After entering the product code, the "Next" button vanishes. There appears to be no path forward.

I have tried the above in Chrome and Edge browsers, using InPrivate, Incognito, and standard browsing mode.

Running Windows 11

    Yes, the supplied activation code is 25 characters long. The "Next"button does not vanish until the 25th character is entered.

    Please check to confirm that you received a 25-character code. If it is not, it isn't complete and therefore you need to contact the retailer.

    If you have a 25-character code, you can contact Microsoft support via live chat to validate your product key. Kindly go to Microsoft Contact Us website:

    http://support.office.com/home/chat

    1. Type "Activate Office" and click Get Help.
    2. Click Login and Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
    3. Log in with your Microsoft account.
    4. Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option.
    5. Under category, select "Activate my product".
    6. Click "Chat with a support agent".
