Redirect links in Microsoft Forms

We have used Microsoft Forms to create a survey that will be sent out to panel audiences through a tool. The tool provider has asked us if we can add redirect links to our Survey tool (Microsoft Forms). Is this possible? If yes, how should this be done?

    it is not possible to redirect users to specific URLs after they complete or submit a survey in Microsoft Forms. You can only add a URL in a question and the user has to click the URL to open the webpage. There is no built-in option to automatically redirect users to different web pages based on their responses or choices.
