    Dan at DerScanner,

    Thanks for your update!

According to the screenshot you shared, you got your subsccription from GoDdaddy, then Godaddy would take the responsibility to support your issues.

In this situation, you may have two options:

    1. Would you please contact your partner (Godaddy) to open a ticket in Microsoft for you, and submit the issues to Microsoft, and share you the troubleshooting methods and solutions to you. (More recommanded.)
    2. Would you please call the Microsoft hotline and try to reach the support team: Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support.

Thanks for your time and your understanding would be highly appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Sherry | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Hi Sherry,

I tried using a different browser, my network is stable.

I can't access https://admin.microsoft.com/adminportal/home?#/homepage it redirects me to https://productivity.godaddy.com/settings#/ portal. Calling GoDaddy support didn't help - they recommend opening a ticket with Microsoft but again - I can't access admin portal. Please advise. I have 3 domain and email services purchased at GoDaddy and I can't configure DKIM for either of those.

    Dan at DerScanner,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Based on your description, you're experiencing an issue with configuring DKIM. Based on the error message you provided, it seems that there is an issue with retrieving the encrypted key. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as incorrect configuration settings or network connectivity issues.

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend checking the following:

    1. Ensure that you have entered the correct configuration settings for DKIM.
    2. Check your network connectivity to ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
    3. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt to configure DKIM again.

If the issue persists, there might be some issue at the backend which need to involve the higher-level support team to help checking from the backend. In this situation, would you please contact the admin (IT department in your organization) to go to Office 365 Admin Center-> Support-> New Service Request. The support engineers there have the correct escalation channel, and this is the most efficient way to report such issue. You can refer to this article to check the way how to raise a ticket: Ways to contact support for business products - Admin help. The engineers in related team have higher permission and resources than us to help check the root cause from background directly.

I hope the information helps. If there is any update or I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to assist you. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Sherry | Microsoft Community Moderator
