AVERAGEIF Function not working

I am working on a small amount of Data in Excel and my problem is that I am not able to get the output of my desired Function for AVERAGEIF Function in MS 365.

Here is the Data below

Name Type 1 Speed
Bulbasaur Grass 45 Type Average Speed
Ivysaur Grass 60 Grass =AVERAGEIF(B52:B60,E53[C52:C60])
Venusaur Grass 80 Fire =AVERAGEIF(B52:B60;E53[C52:C60])
Charmander Fire 65 Water =AVERAGEIF(B52:B60;E53[C52:C60])
Charmeleon Fire 80
Charizard Fire 100
Squirtle Water 43
Wartortle Water 58
Blastoise Water 78
