Multiple Shared Folders

Please see the attached screenshot. When folders are shared with me on OneDrive business, I see separate folders for every shared folder. Why does this happen? How do I revert to normal behavior?

    From your description It seems OneDrive showing shared folders behavior from your side.

    If my understanding is right, apologized situation you encountered, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it. And I just tested from my side, and it seems its expected behavior. The shared section is for keeping a note of what files have been shared with you in earlier in order to access them fast and easy. This is the expected behavior. if you dislike seeing the shared folders you can give feedback to our feedback website OneDrive · Community (microsoft.com)
