    Hello Angela,

    Greetings for the day!

I'm sorry the charges has been for Microsoft subscription. I'm glad to provide you information on this.

Could you please verify if you have any subscriptions mapped to the Microsoft account? Incase if you've tried Office 365 trial, the subscription may proceeded after 1 month trial.

Step 1: Sign in to Office with the right account If Office asks you to sign in, enter the account you used to buy Office. You'll see "We couldn't find any Office products" if you use the wrong address. https://support.microsoft.com/office/0d23d3c0-c19c-4b2f-9845-5344fedc4380#bkmk_signin

Step 2: Check your subscription status If your subscription has expired, you'll see "We couldn't find any Office products." Renew your subscription to use Microsoft 365. https://support.microsoft.com/office/0d23d3c0-c19c-4b2f-9845-5344fedc4380#bkmk_checksubscription

If you have any unwanted subscription, you may cancel within 30 days of signing up for the subscription. Your refund should arrive within three to five days. It can take a while to refund an active Office 365 subscription. You can expect Microsoft to return your funds around six to eight weeks after you've submitted your request.
