Microsoft attitude

Question

Why wont Microsoft help with phishing and scamming emails. The reason why I wont buy any more products and services is because of this limpy attitude. I am seriously looking at other avenues and will drop Microsoft if this is not fixed. There are people out there who are getting mugged, robbed, abused and Microsoft just carries on, even to the point of advertising their products bang in the middle of an important slog

Much depends on the mail account used and whether you are in the habit of responding to or registering with dubious suppliers, you then use rules in your mail app and/or set the junkfilter settings
