Hello,
I Have an Excel spreadsheet using Stock Data Types. It has been fine until yesterday when I now receive an error saying:
"You need to sign in with an account associated with a subscription to use these data types. Select "Sign in" at the top of Excel."
I have looked and I am logged into my Ofice 365 account.
Why am I now receiving these messages?
I am using
Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2306 Build 16.0.16529.20100) 64-bit
Thank you

Hello, Ah thank you, I didn't realise it was a widespread issue currently and was affecting multiple users. I shall wait then with my fingers crossed that they manage to resolve it soon :)
Thank you all
Hello,
Thank you for coming to the forum. Many people are having this challenge, and it is an issue from Microsoft, and since it is general, we expect it to be resolved as soon as possible. As this service has been out since yesterday in some locations. You can try using the web (office.com) for now, it is working there.
I am not Microsoft, but they tend to not leave their services down for this long without resolving it. So this is an issue from Microsoft. We hope it will clear soon.
We are patiently waiting for Microsoft to clear this issue.
Best Regards Fuad
Hi, Thank you for your response. If this is a known issue, why has it only just appeared and is there a known solution for it?
Thank you
