Hello,

As a M365 Admin, am I able to audit someone that has delegate access to another user's account?

Specifically if I am able to see that this person with delegate access and which emails, they read while having access.

    Dear Nicole Pabon,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

As per the description you have shared, we understand that you want to perform audit someone that has delegate access to another user's account.

Typically, in Exchange Online Audit report used to track changes made to your Exchange Online configuration by Microsoft and by your organization's administrators, and to audit mailbox access by persons other than the mailbox owner. In Exchange Online, audited actions are recorded and available to view in an online report or export to a file. However, I do understand your concern here, but after thorough testing, research and consultation, it’s been concluded that the feature you're querying (perform audit for delegate user read while having access the mailbox) doesn't seem feasible at the moment.

Thank you for your precious time and understanding. Please feel free to let me know if there are any questions or I've got you wrong. I will keep assisting you based on the information you provide. I sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Libeamlak | Microsoft Community Moderator
