full width-web part

I have a PowerBI that I imbedded into a page. right now it only takes up 1/ the page and i want it to take up the whole width.

searching on MS, I have to change the settings in the web part but I cannot find the right area to click. any advice? maybe my organization blocked it.

    As per your description, to resize webpart in a SharePoint online modern UI site page, I'm Sorry and I'm afraid currently, there is a limitation on which out of the box web parts can be displayed within full width sections, however, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions can be configured to support full width display by setting the supportsFullBleed property to true (as like mentioned in your Microsoft official article).

    In this scenario, you need to add the Script Editor web part to the full-width section.
