OneNote Tabs layout keeps changing

Dears,

I have OneNote 2309 version and the tab layout keeps changing every each time I restart my computer session.

I already did change the options=>Display settings, but was no difference, each time I restart my computer the tabs lay out goes back.

P.S. Not sure if is related, but also every time I restarted the computer and open OneNote it creates a new OneNote.

    Still the same outcome, I also read that other users is having similar issues.

    Please perform online repair to the Office apps and check the outcome.
