I have a license for Office education. I uploaded the setup file. I clicked it and nothing opened. I did research from many places. I looked at foreign sources and still couldn't find a solution. I used Microsoft's tool and uninstalled all Office programs. When I try to install it again, I get the error "could not install error code 0-2031 (1700)". Then I tried to install it from CMD with the XML file and I got a similar error. Couldn't install. Then I formatted the computer and I still get the same errors. I click on Microsoft 365 from Microsoft Store. The entrance part comes and then closes again. I'll be happy if you can help me.

You can install Office 365 by using ODT tool with xml file.
