I didn't recieve my mobile verification code

Hi, I recently started using Microsoft Team for my lectures and i cant login because I don't get the Verification code to my mobile number. I used my second number as well but I still didn't get a code.
can someone assists me on this issue.

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
In this case, it firstly recommends you check if your phone number is right. Meanwhile, you could also try to use the email address to receive the code.

But I never receive the code. at this stage.
when I go back I get this error
I tried my 2nd email and 2nd number but I keep getting the same issue.
And yes I've checked my number and I don't get the option to send the code to my email.

As a workaround, you could try to turn off the two-step verification for your Microsoft Teams account. For more details about steps, you could refer to this article.
