Error on subscription activation

I am trying to activate a subscription that I purchased at Best Buy. This is the error that I receive: Error code: StackBlockedDueToOrderPendingChangeRecord. I cannot find anyway to contact support.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Did you receive this error when trying to redeem this product key?

    If not, to redeem the Office 365 product key:

    Step 1: Go to www.office.com/setup or Microsoft365.com/setup.

    Step 2: Sign in with your Microsoft account, or create one if you don't have one.

    Step 3: Enter your product key, without hyphens, if prompted.

    Step 4: Follow the prompts to finish the redemption process.

    If the error persists, I would recommend you contact Best Buy support to inform them that you are unable to redeem this product key.
