I'm sorry that you were unable to sign into the Microsoft admin account.
Since you are the only Global admin, you can try resetting the password again, if it works.
However, if not, kindly contact the Microsoft phone support and the Data Protection support team will further assist you to reset MFA setting from the backend side.
