I noticed when using sum function in Microsoft Excel to sum several figures together, Microsoft Excel given 2 different answers.

When asked Microsoft Excel to sum cell from A4 to A37, total amount given from the formula is 512,683.35, which is incorrect.

But when I select A4 to A37, Microsoft Excel shown 319,706.43 at the bottom, which is correct answer.

I noticed when using sum function in Microsoft Excel to sum several figures together, Microsoft Excel given 2 different answers.

You have hidden rows 28:36, where A28:A36 each contain the value 21441.88 .

The SUM function sums all of A4:A37, including the hidden rows.

The COUNT and SUM operations on the status bar ignore hidden rows. So they count and sum only the 25 numbers in A4:A27 and A37.

Use the SUBTOTAL(109) function instead of SUM in A40 if you want the sum to ignore hidden rows.

That's a data error in your data.
Zip the file, upload to an online file hoster of your choice and post the download link here.
