Data Types empty

Hi,

I cannot get data types to display any option, particurlarly Stocks, Ive followed all indications online, repair, reinstall, suscriber, editing lang, login from excel etc

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    Hi Reynaldo,

    I can do the step 1, but the window in step 2 is different from the one you show me, I don't get anything below the "get help" button, I'm signed in but below that is empty and I cannot see "more help" nor "contact support"...Why?

    • No. I went to Customize the ribbon to get the data types.
    • Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2310 Build 16.0.16924.20054) 64-bit
    1. My internet works just fine.
    2. It's supposed to be up to date.
    3. I've restarted, reinstalled, repaired...all what usually is found as an answer around here.

    I'll look forward to some more of your guidance.
