Hi all,
I'm completely technologically challenged so bare with me.
I'm trying to create a very basic HelpDesk app using Microsoft 365 following these steps: https://www.bulb.digital/blog/how-to-set-up-a-help-desk-app
When I get to the import step in Power Apps, I was able to connect SharePoint, but when creating a new connection for Outlook, I was unable to find it in the list of connections

I searched for outlook, office, email, 365, and then scanned through the entire long list and didn't come across anything regarding Outlook. I've searched and saw a bunch of articles stating they changed the name of the Outlook connector, but neither name is showing up at all for me.
Can someone either tell me what I'm doing wrong or give me pointers on how to make a helpdesk app that only I need to access (will input tickets by myself) that is better than just building an excel spreadsheet?
Thank you!

Dear Billy-P,
Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.
Per your description, you encountered error when creating a basic HelpDesk in AppPower Apps.
However, I’d explain that, because this problem is related to Microsoft Power Apps, my suggestion is to post on dedicated Power Apps Community - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com), the members and engineers in this community are more experienced in this area. You will get a more detailed and professional answer to your problem there.
We appreciate your understanding.
Sincerely,
