I've received a number of emails to my personal outlook account regarding an invoices for Microsoft Cloud, but I don't subscribe to any services.

When I try and ask for help, it asks be to sign in with my business account, but this is linked to my personal email.

The email looks genuine, the links are genuine and I've had follow up emails chasing payment.

I have an invoice reference.

None of the online tools are helping and I need to speak with someone. How can I do this?

Hello Ric K! I'm Gunasekar and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

A phishing email is an email that appears legitimate but is actually an attempt to get your personal information or steal your money. So, it is recommended to confirm the email you received is legit.

Is the Money debited from your Bank Account?

Here are the most likely reasons for unrecognized charges from Microsoft on your bank, credit card, or payment provider statement:

    1. A Microsoft subscription has recurring billing enabled,
    2. Someone you know, such as a family member, bought something with your card,
    3. msbill.info doesn't look like Microsoft,
    4. Someone made an in-app purchase from an app, game, or office.

Check your recent Order History using the link below: (Sign in with your Personal Microsoft account)

If that doesn't work, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Support directly.

    https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

    1. Select Microsoft 365.
    2. Click Get Home Support.
    3. Enter the details and click Contact Support in the bottom pane.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards

    Gunasekar N
