    Hi

I am Shakiru, an independent advisor and a user like you, and I am glad to be helping you out today.

Please note that this forum is user-to-user support and we do not have permission to access your account and personal information.

I'm sorry to hear that you have received an unrequested debit on your account.

You can check the order history to confirm the order, once you confirm the order, you can then cancel to get a refund. To confirm order history: please try the following: * Check the Order History in the "Payment and Billing" in your Microsoft account by login via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then review all the purchases and subscriptions you've made

once you confirm the order, you can then cancel to get a refund. To get a refund for Office 365 subscription, you need to cancel the subscription from your Microsoft account. Here are the procedures to cancel your M365 subscription to request for refund.

    1. Go to Services & Subscriptions via https://account.microsoft.com/services/?ref=SMC-Cancel and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription. It's important to use that account.
    2. Find your subscription and select Manage.
    3. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
    4. Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

For more information on how to cancel and request a refund, please check here: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/c2c6b0e3-cab3-cb98-d83e-c9ad54620530

Once you have canceled a subscription to get a refund, please note the following:

    1. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days and are applied to the original payment option.
    2. Please turn Off the recurring bill, that is, automatic renewal to avoid being charged automatically in the future

If you are still unable to get the subscription, the next step, I will recommend is to contact the Microsoft support team via http://support.office.com/home/chat, as they have access to your account and will be in the best position to help you. Once you click the support link, > Enter or describe the issue, and then click on the "Get Help" button> Select Contact Support, you will be prompted to describe the issue again under "Product and services" and "Categories"> Choose your Support option, preferable select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"> Enter your mail address> Confirm your email again

Once you do that, a service request will be open and you will need to exercise patience for the Microsoft Support Agent to chat with you live

Please kindly let me know how it goes with Microsoft Support and if you need any other assistance, I will be more than happy to help further.
