    Dear Jasmine Rodriguez1,

Thank you very much for the answer!

Since you the same non delivery message for all email you are sending, it appears that your email account is blocked due to some reasons like suspected sending spam, could you please contact the school admin and request to unblock your account?

Thank you in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

    Sincerely

I get this error message no matter who I send an email to. I’ve sent to myself, sister, other usf students, and outside with the same error. It’s from outlook.

    Dear Jasmine Rodriguez1,

Good morning! Thank you for publishing in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you have a query "Error message when sending emails, they do not send but I am still receiving emails". Before we continue, we need more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with sending emails. To better assist you,

    • Could you please provide me with the exact error message that you're receiving when trying to send emails? Try clicking send/receive and update to check if it displays any error message.
    • Additionally, what email client are you using to send and receive emails?
    • What version of Outlook are you using? See What version of Outlook do I have? (microsoft.com).
    • What type of email account is set up in Outlook, POP, IMAP, or Exchange?
    • Have you tried changing the SMTP (outgoing) port number, port 25 by default but most likely you want 587 as usually 25 may be blocked?

We look forward to hearing from you; Please note that our initial response does not always resolve the issue right away. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution. Thank you for your help.

    Sincerely

De Paul | Microsoft Community Moderator
