    Hi Rena!

I am Shakiru, an independent advisor and a user like you, and I am glad to be helping you out today. Please note that this forum is user-to-user support and we do not have permission to access your account and personal information.

I understand you want a refund for the subscription that you didn't want.

May I confirm if you have canceled the subscription?

Here are the procedures to cancel the subscriptions to request for refund.

    1. Go to Services & Subscriptions via https://account.microsoft.com/services/?ref=SMC-Cancel and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription. It's important to use that account.
    2. Find your subscription and select Manage.
    3. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
    4. Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

For more information on how to cancel and request a refund, please check here: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/c2c6b0e3-cab3-cb98-d83e-c9ad54620530

Once you have canceled a subscription to get a refund, please note that refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days and are applied to the original payment option.

If the issue persists, You need to contact the Microsoft support team via http://support.office.com/home/chat, as they have access to your account and will be in the best position to help you.

Once you click the support link, Type or describe the issue in the search bar Click on the "Get Help" button Click the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page Select your option under "Product and services" and "Categories" Choose your Support option, preferably select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" Enter your email address and Confirm your email again

Once you do that, a service request will be open and you will need to exercise patience for the Microsoft Support Agent to chat with you live

    Contact - Microsoft Support Timetables Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00 Saturday-Sunday: 10 am-6 pm

I hope this helps! Please kindly let me know if you need any other assistance and I will be more than happy to help further.

Thank you for your patience and precious time.

    Kind Regards, Shakiru
