VBA - How do we create an Excel add-on?

Hello,

I have created an Excel Worksheet with some VBA code.

I have put a button on the worksheet. When you click on the button, it opens a UserForm which permits me to do certain things on my worksheet.

It works well.

But I am not very happy to see a button on my worksheet, because it hides some of my data.

I have seen (on YouTube), people create an Excel Add-on and put a button on the Excel Ribbon.

Unfortunately, I don't have much experience in creating add-ons.

Could anyone orient me to that goal?

There is no need to give detailed instructions. Once I know the main steps to follow, I can google to find more information.

Just get me started.
