How can I increase my license count using the CLI or any other API

Hi,
Working on an automation and I'm searching for a way to increase license count for different products via the CLI or any other API.
Our automation uses MS Graph to assign licenses, but that fails if the number of available licenses is reached. I couldn't find anything in Graph documentation about increasing license count.
Any ideas? Or any other tool that I could use?
