Help! Error code: CannotPurchasePreviousOrderInDunning Correlation ID: 91baf98a-a772-4559-9f44-680cb610d12b

My subscription personnel is due for renewal. I have purchased microsoft family 365. When i log into my account, select manage my account enter,then redeem a code or prepaid code, after i enter the code, i get a message. The message is: Error code: CannotPurchasePreviousOrderInDunning Correlation ID: 33cbb638-db31-4822-9033-0ec60fa2a4ae.

    Hi Becki, If you have purchased a Product Key to extend your subscription you can do it from here:  http://www.office.com/setup  Use the same Microsoft Account associated with your Office subscription. Also note that normally your subscription will renew automatically, unless you have turned off recurring billing.

    기존의 마이크로365 퍼스널 구독 중에 마이크로365페미리 선불카드를 구매해서

    이 선불카드에 있는 제품키로 구독연장을 하려고 하는데 제품설정을 할 수 없다고 나옵니다.

    If you tried setting up the Microsoft 365 family code at https://setup.office.com/ with your Microsoft account it does not work.

    Then you will need to contact the Microsoft Support Team via chat at http://support.office.com/home/chat, Please follow the steps below to avoid being directed to an AI chatbot.

    Once you click the support link, Type or describe the issue in the search bar Click on the "Get Help" button Click the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page Select your option under "Product and services" and "Categories" Choose your Support option, preferably select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" Enter your email address and Confirm your email again

    Once you do that, a service request will be open and you will need to exercise patience for the Microsoft Support Agent to chat with you live
