Azure Advisor throws an error on Upgrade the Azure Connected Machine Agent when Azure Arc resources don't exist

Hi,
I came to this error on my Azure subscription when i go to the Azure Advisor>Reliability>Recommendations.
Looks like this is a bug from Advisor since i do not have these resources anymore.
I deprovisioned the machines correctly by following this article.
How can i clear this?
