Excel crashes : Event Name: OFFICE_MODULE_VERSION_MISMATCH

Hi,

A growing number of users here have experienced a crash to desktop when attempting to access SSAS cubes through Excel. Is someone already had that problem and is there a patch or known workaround?

    It could be SSAS cubes is not compatible with the Excel version you are using. For such issue, you may raise a support ticket to Microsoft or SSAS cube.

    Please contact your admin/IT department create a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this situation.
