I have labels set to "none" and applied to all docs in a library but STILL I get the stupid error that the doc requires a label. HOW DO i GET RID OF THIS REQUIREMENT TO ADD A LABEL???????? Absolutely ridiculous that I have to waste time on this garbage. Even if I change a label it doesn't update.

It's only happening on this one doc so I doubt there are any company policies at play. And this one doc has no label policy applied.
Is this a work related document? Are you the IT Administrator? What label policies are set up?
