Microsoft Forms tab keeps automatically refreshing

I seem to be able to sign into Forms successfully. When I click on the form I want to open for editing or to get the link and share the form, it attempts to open in a new tab, which is normal. But within a second or two, the tab refreshes and gets stuck in a loop and just keeps automatically refreshing until eventually it will seemingly time out and display a login page with an error about not being able to sign me in. This happens on all forms I have created and saved. It's keeping me from accessing any of my forms or sharing them even.

    I seem to have found a work-round. I don't know why but if, when it is looping, you press on the ellipse in the top right corner [...] and take "Collaborate or Duplicate" option it starts to work properly. OK, it comes back from time to time but being a two click (even if temporary) fix I can live with that.

    Confirmed resolution here!

    I had too many admin roles. I went into M365 Admin and removed all admin roles except 'Global Administrator'. Problem gone!

    Supervisor was looking to add me as a Global Admin in our tenant anyway, so this was great timing. Adding that role for me did seem to work! I just opened Forms and for first time in a long time, was not greeted with that joyful refresh loop! Thank you!

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

    I understand your concern and would like to let you know that I have tested the behavior at my end where opening the Form or Quiz in the Microsoft Forms doesn’t automatically refresh the tab. In this situation, I would like to suggest you to access the Microsoft Forms in the InPrivate or Incognito window of the browser and check the outcome:

    Open the Google Chrome> Click on the three dots at the top right> New Incognito window> Access https://forms.office.com > Enter your Office 365 account details> Open the Form and check the outcome.

    If no issue, then the problem is with the browser and suggest you to clear the cache of the browser and check the outcome.

    If still the same issue, can you please check with the other users in your Office 365 organization whether they have the same issue?
