Visio Unique Identifier

Hello,

I am trying to create an org chart for my organization and constantly get the error message of "Invalid Data: 2560 Eleminate duplicates in the column (field) that uniquely identifies each record."

Why is this showing up if multiple employees report to a manager? Is there a work around for this?
