Getting an error while submitting the Power app form

Hi,

Getting an error while submitting a form, I entered all the details but it showing as "Network error while using a patch function: You don't have permission to create this row" as attached screenshot. How can I submit that form, Please help me anyone.

    Dear PM,

    Do you connect the form to a SharePoint site list? If yes, what's the permission do you have on the list?

    If it is convenient, you can refer to the suggestion Glnnhoffman mentioned in Network error when using patch function. You don't... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com) to see the result.
