Conditional formatting when Cell Values Contains Name? Excel 365 Business Desktop. Is Excel Script the way?

Question

I need help to use Conditional Formatting when Cell Value contains Name. It is not working unless I change Name to its Actual Value.

Without Conditional Formatting accepting Name Reference, I need to maintain same information at least twice for a very simple Workbook.

Is there a better way? Does anyone have sucess with Excel Script?

Operating System: 19041.1.amd64fre.vb_release.191206-1406 10.0.0.0.2.4 Program: Microsoft Excel, 16.0.15601.20680

Problem exists after I stripped everything including following:

1. formulae
2. errors
3. other sheets
4. other Names
5. other Columns I have done inspection and reviewed all properties but after saving inspected Docurment why does Excel still alert me as follows" "Be careful! Parts of your document may include personal information that can't be removed by the Document Inspector. "

What personal information cannot be removed by Inspector?
