I had a separate account that I cancelled (mainly because Microsoft assistance is so terrible) however I am still being charged 6.99, on top of still being charged I am unable to access Microsoft word. I do not understand how Microsoft can be so terrible with helping out end users but here we are. I am writing an email instead of getting customer service, pitiful. The account I am inquiring about was separate from this account, another way Microsoft’s support is the worlds worst support is I had to log on to just ask for help because the phone number provided was a hot piece of trash and only referred me back to the website.

    On any Office O365 component, > Help > Contact support (its all on-line)
