As per your description, there is three ways to get Microsoft Form response into Excel format:
1.Using Built-in Open in Excel feature:
You can Microsoft Forms responses in Excel format, you can follow these steps:
1.Go to the Microsoft Forms and access the form, click on the "Responses" tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the "Open in Excel" button on the right side of the page.
- The responses will be opened in Excel.
2.Using Excel insert Form feature:
You can also create a form direct from Excel. Forms will save the responses direct to the Excel Sheet for you. In Excel Online create a new Excel file from OneDrive/SharePoint online (see Flow picture below).
3.Using Microsoft Power Automate Flow:
First you may create a new Excel spreadsheet in OneDrive location and create a table. The go to Microsoft Power Automate and create a Flow trigger (see Flow picture below).
