    Hi NITIN

I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

Check your Excel version and license type:

Open Excel and go to File > Account > About Excel. Check the version number and the license type. It should be 16.0.15723 or higher, and Microsoft 365 Subscription. If your version is outdated, click on Update Options > Update Now.

You can also try to find Data from Picture button on the Data tab of the Ribbon. This can help you to locate the feature if it is not visible on the Insert tab or the Data menu. Here are the steps to do that:

Open Excel and go to Data tab on the Ribbon. Look for From Picture button in the Get & Transform Data group. Click on From Picture > Picture From File or Picture From Clipboard.

If that doesn't work, try to repair the Office application

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    AnnaThomas
