    Hi,

Thank you for posting on the forum today. I’m Bambi and I’ll be happy to assist you.

Just to clarify, you will like to open a csv file by double-clicking but are unable to?

Are you having any issues opening csv on your device?

If you can attach a screenshot to better explain the issue?

I look forward to your response.

    Best Regards, Bambi

Hi Brang. I am an Excel user like you.

CSV files can be opened directly in Excel. This is done by setting the default program for the specific file type. The easiest way is to find a .csv file in your File Explorer window and right click on the file. In the menu go to Open With and then down to Choose Another App.

    .

Choose Excel and make sure to check the box at the bottom to always use this app. Then click OK. After this .csv files will automatically open in Excel. If you want to open it in something else like Notepad, you can again right-click, open with, select the program and click OK to open that one time in a different program.
